Release) ArmorTech - ARMG Coupe
The new coupe based on
the four-wheel-drive BMW X6 is an ultimate 2-door vehicle with
distinctive exterior lines of the popular German sport cross-over.
No doubt that X6 is one of the most perfect 4x4 cars with a sport
character. Therefore there will be no changes to technical and
dynamic characteristics of the car to be converted. All original
X6’s mechanicals will be kept unchanged in the new coupe as well as
the wheel base.
The new coupe’s exterior
has the same proportions and shape as the BMW X6.
In the body construction
principal changes were made to the B-pillars: they were moved back
at 250mm. The doors have been also extended respectively to the
certain length. The distinctive part of the side windows at the back
was moved forward at 200mm. In connection to these changes upper
line of the windows changed its curvature and became steeper at the
back. The rear side panels with fenders are entirely new. Side
windows area is fully covered with glass with no facings at the door
pillars. An exclusively designed body-kit making the car look more
aggressive will be offered as an option. Also upon customer’s
request a panoramic roof can be fitted.
There are 4 seats in the
new coupe with the seats layout 2+2. All interior dimensions of the
standard serial BMW X6 including ceiling height remain unchanged.
The front seats are modified: they completely re-designed in a
sporty style to be fitted and used in the 2-door vehicle. There is
an option of folding the back rest. Also the sliding mechanism
allows the seat to move forward to make rear passengers’ entrance
comfortable. The back seats remain as they are in a standard car.
There are new side panels with new pads and armrests at the back of
the coupe’s interior.
ARMG Coupe will be
offered both with standard BMW body paintwork and with an option of
choosing an individual color. There could be numerous options of
tuning and modifying the chassis upon the customer’s request: new
engine, suspension, transmission, exhaust system, brakes. Interior
individualization also virtually has no limits: new anatomic seats
and steering wheel, leather and alcantara upholstery, carbon, metal,
wood, incrustation.
All cars for conversion
will be delivered directly from BMW factory to the production
facilities in Germany. Estimated production volume is 100-150
vehicles. ARMG Coupe will be on sale all over the world through
ArmorTech-Motors Group and its partners’ sales network.
ARMG Coupe will have a
factory 2 years warranty. All service work will be done by
authorized BMW service centers.
