Special thanks to Roger Allard for this outstanding picture of a 1953 Allard J2X. The J2X was a track legend throughout the 50s, and along with the Allard J2, it won hundreds of races in North America alone. A number of engines were available, including Chrysler, Mercury and Cadillac V-8s. The J2X also featured a tubular frame.
