2005 Chevy HHR Tuner Panel

(from General Motors Press Release)  Is the HHR Tuner Panel designed for work or play? Who says it can’t be both? The rear doors and quarter glass have been covered with aluminum panels, giving the HHR the look of a panel truck and providing an added level of security to HHR’s 63.1 cubic feet of cargo capacity (with the rear seats removed).

The “play” aspect of the HHR Tuner Panel’s equation is evident in the various Tuner styling enhancements: new grille; front and rear fascias; a rocker treatment with lower door extensions; an upper hatch extension; and a restyled license plate eyebrow. “Play” is also the focal point inside the HHR Tuner Panel. It sports a retrimmed leather interior, an auxiliary gauge panel, and new audio and video upgrades, including a 17-inch video screen that drops down from the roof, an integrated DVD player and 7-inch headrest-mounted TV monitors.
