2015 W Motors Lykan Hypersport

The Lykan Hypersport from W Motors is one of the most expensive and exclusive cars ever built. Part of this is due to technical features like the interactive holographic display system, but an even bigger part of the $3.4 million price tag is likely the extensive use of jewels integrated into the headlights. The titanium LED blades showcase 420 diamonds that are 15 carats each, and other precious stones like rubies and sapphires are available upon request.
Power comes from a 750 hp twin-turbocharged flat six from RUF, the German company best known for their extensive tuning work for Porsche. Combined with a weight of 3042 lbs, this is adequate for claimed performance figures of 0-62 mph in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 240 mph.
Production is limited to 7 examples, and in September W Motors announced that the car will be available in the United States. One of the owners is the Abu Dhabi Police Force, which added a white and red Hypersport to their stable of patrol cars.
